    Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your item. Please ensure your piece is returned in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

    • In original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

    • Sale items marked as final sale
    • Items showing signs of wear or damage

    We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we've made an error. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

    Damaged or Faulty Items
